How to Live a Life You Love
Living a life you love involves nothing more than allowing yourself to become aware of your deepest dreams and then acting upon them. It’s as simple, and as difficult, as that.
It requires letting your mind become still and imagining your ideal life, the life of your dreams, until you can taste it, until you get excited and start laughing and crying at how amazing it would be to be living the life that you are dreaming. And then it involves acting on those dreams. Nothing more, nothing less.
The trick here is to really value what a big step it is to even become aware of what your dreams are. The vast majority of people that I have worked with on this issue simply aren’t that aware of what their dreams are. They have foggy ideas about better and more fulfilling lives, but they aren’t really that sure what those lives would look like. Get aware of what your life would look like–what the best day you could possibly imagine would look life. This is, without question, step one.
The next step is to recognize that your imagination is real. As you imagine such a life, you are entering onto the path of living such a life. All that is required now is to follow your excitement where it leads and to know that wherever your excitement leads is part of the path you’ve been imagining. Even if it feels like a detour, just know that your excitement is leading you where you want to go.
For instance, if you feel very excited to go shopping one day, trust that this is crucial for your desire to build a business or find a soul mate. It just may be that at the mall you will bump into exactly the person or thing that you are looking for. You must know that your excitement is leading you where you want to go.
The Science of This Process
The universe is a hologram. Everyday this becomes more and more clear to scientists. Holograms have very special properties that may allow your left-brain to understand this process more readily.
Let’s say you have a hologram of a head in front of you. This is a 3-dimensional image of a head that you can walk around and looks real to your eyes. To make such a hologram, you shine a laser through a photograph that has a bunch of wavy lines on it. The laser hits the lines and the head appears.
The unique thing about a hologram is what happens when you start cutting the paper up. If you have a normal photograph of a head and you begin chopping it up, what you will have is small little chopped up pieces of different parts of a head. But with a hologram, it’s different.
If you chop up the holographic paper into ten little pieces, you can ten little smaller heads. If you chop it into one million pieces, you get one million tiny little heads. The startling thing about this is that it means that the information for the entire hologram is contained in each piece of the hologram.
The Universe as Hologram
So if the universe is a hologram, it means that the entire universe is contained in each little piece of the universe, including every cell of your body.
If the universe is contained in every cell of your body, it means that every possible dream you could have, every possible version of reality you could possibly hope for, is already contained within you. They are all co-existing as different angles of the hologram. So in order to access these different angles of the hologram, all one must do is our aforementioned process of becoming aware of our dreams and then acting on them.
